Fika on Brix is a well-established, community-focused caf in Beckenham, known for warm hospitality, quality food, and genuine connections with our customers. After just over five years with us, our current manager is moving on to a new career path outside of hospitality, and we are now seeking an experienced Caf Manager to lead our team into the next chapter. This role is suited to someone who genuinely understands hospitality not just systems and service, but people, culture, and connection. About the Role As Caf Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the caf and lead a close-knit team in delivering consistent, high-quality service. You will work closely with the owner and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, strong communication, and a positive workplace culture. A four-day work week may be considered for the right candidate, provided both weekend days are worked.
