We are seeking a passionate and reliable Landscape & Greenspace Officer to maintain and enhance the outdoor environments across our centres.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in creating safe, engaging and beautiful outdoor learning spaces.About The RoleReporting to our Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the presentation, safety and sustainability of our outdoor environments across multiple Harmony centres.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeMaintaining gardens, lawns, playgrounds and outdoor learning spacesGeneral landscaping, mowing, pruning, mulching and weedingMinor repairs and upkeep of outdoor equipment and fixturesEnsuring all outdoor areas meet safety and compliance standardsSupporting seasonal garden planning and improvement projectsLiaising with Centre Leaders regarding outdoor needsManaging tools, equipment and supplies responsiblyAbout YouYou are someone who:Has experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, horticulture or a similar roleTakes pride in maintaining high presentation standardsIs reliable, self-motivated and able to work independentlyHolds a current Driver''s LicenceHas a strong awareness of safety and risk managementEnjoys working in environments that support children and familiesHolds or is willing to obtain a Working With Children Check in both QLD and NSWFormal qualifications in horticulture or landscaping are desirable but not essential.Why Join Harmony?EducationAt Harmony Early Education, we are committed to creating inspiring environments for children and supportive workplaces for our people.
