About our service Boutique, locally and female owned service, licensed for 50 children 0-5 Warm, homely spaces designed to feel safe, calm and welcoming Strong focus on relationships, wellbeing, and play- based learning Supportive and hands-on senior leadership that values reflection, collaboration, and balance Flexibility on hours fulltime/part time or 4 day week The Coordinator Role As our coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in guiding daily operations, supporting educators, and nurturing a positive, respectful team culture. This role is ideal for a coordinator who values calm leadership, meaningful relationships, and quality practice within a small, supportive service. You will: Lead with warmth, clarity, and professionalism Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff leadership compliance and quality improvement Build strong relationships with families and the wider community Ensure the service reflects the EYLF, NQS, and our philosophy You will bring: Diploma or ECT qualification (or working towards, where applicable) Proven leadership experience in early childhood Strong understanding of the NQS,EYLF and relevant regulations A calm, organised, and people-focused leadership style Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development The Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Role As our ECT, you will lead high quality, slow paced pedagogy while working closely with educators, children, and families in a collaborative and respectful environment. This role is ideal for an ECT who values calm environments, meaningful relationships, and quality over quantity. You will: Deliver a responsive, inquiry rich curriculum that grows from children''s real ideas, questions and intentions.
