Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Studio & Production Manager to join its passionate team.About the roleReporting to the Marketing Director, the Studio & Production Manager is the engine room of T2''s Creative Studio ensuring work flows seamlessly from brief to brilliant execution.This role is accountable for the end-to-end management of creative workflow acrossbrand, marketing, product and designstreams, and for production delivery acrossbrand and marketing outputs.Sitting at the intersection of creativity, production, and commercial delivery, this role brings clarity to complexity balancing ambition with rigour, and ideas with execution.Your day-to-day will include:Traffic & Workflow Management owning and orchestrating the flow of work into and through the Creative Studio across brand, marketing, product and design, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and momentum at every stage.Production Management Brand & Marketing (Stills & Video) leading the delivery of brand and marketing productions only, ensuring high-quality creative assets are delivered for use across all channels.Financial & Resource Management managing creative and production budgets in partnership with Marketing Director ensuring approvals and spend is trackedGo-To-Market (GTM) Creative Process Leadership owning and championing an efficient, fit-for-purpose Go-To-Market (GTM) creative development process.About youProven experience managing creative workflow in an inhouse studio or agency environmentStrong production experience across stills and videoDemonstrated capability in briefing, quoting, budgeting and timeline managementExperience working with external suppliers and production partnersExceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder management skillsCalm, solutionsoriented approach in highvolume, fastmoving environmentsLife at T2Enjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.Get recognition and rewards.
