For over 90 years, Fulton Hogan has been delivering high-quality infrastructure to improve lives every day.We are looking for a full-time Asphalt Plant Operator/Batcher to join our team at Bushells Ridge facility.The successful candidate will be self-driven and have a keen interest in production and fixed/mobile plant operations. They will work closely with the Asphalt Production team to promote business growth.While previous experience in asphalt production is preferred, candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply, with training provided to the successful applicant. We also welcome boiler makers and apprentices completing their trade qualifications within the industryExperience as an Asphalt Plant Operator or similar role in a production environmentUnderstanding of asphalt batching processes and quality control standardsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in fixed plant maintenanceOperating heavy machinery licenses held current (Forklift and front-end loader tickets highly desired)Benefits & Opportunities:We offer corporate health & fitness programs,a range of retailer discounts,& access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
