The Role The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the service, leading with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all practices. Working closely with the Educational Leader, you will guide and support the team to create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children and families. As the Service Manager of our 150-place service in North Lakes, you will oversee all aspects of service operations while building a strong, positive, and engaged team culture. Supported by our experienced leadership team (Area Manager, Pedagogical Leader, and Head of Sesame Lane), you will: Lead and manage a high-quality early learning service Oversee daytoday operations in line with company policies and procedures Inspire, support, and mentor educators to deliver bestpractice outcomes Manage staffing, rosters, and compliance using our time and attendance systems Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader to support curriculum and practice Ensure indoor and outdoor environments are wellpresented, purposeful, and engaging Support and guide the teams understanding of the National Quality Framework Advocate for children and families and foster a thriving service community Be who you are. You will demonstrate: A strong growth mindset and love of continuous learning Proven ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Approved qualifications for the role: Bachelor of Early Childhood, or Diploma / Advanced Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum 3 years experience) Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, QKLG and Child Safety Standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for sustainability and quality environments Current Blue Card and full working rights in Australia Ready to Make a Difference?
