Their portfolio spans education, health, community, airport-related and essential infrastructure projects delivered in regulated and live environments. Whats On Offer Strong pipeline of government and Defence projects, first project at Edinburgh Exposure to structured, compliance-heavy builds with systems in place Supportive Project Manager and experienced office-based team Company profit share and incentive structure on offer Well-planned projects with realistic programmes and resources Clear opportunity for progression as the business continues to expand The Role Own the day-to-day delivery of the project, setting the standard for safety, quality and site presentation Run site operations from establishment through to practical completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain momentum on site Manage programme, key milestones and workmanship outcomes Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme or quality Oversee site documentation, inductions and compliance requirements Ensure high WHS standards The Criteria Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreperson or Supervisor on commercial projects $1m - $10m Experience on government or Defence projects highly regarded but not essential Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Sound understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance Trade background or construction qualifications highly regarded Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or hit APPLY NOW.
