Were on the lookout for a passionate, strong and experienced Centre Director to take the reins of our beautiful, 86 approved places Little Mangoes Early Learning Centre, located in Katherine. In your new role, youll champion and be empowered to: Responsible for the overall management and administration of the service. Supervise the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for children. Recruit staff in accordance with relevant policies and regulations. Maintain daytoday accounts and handle all administrative matters. Ensure that the centre or service adheres to all relevant regulations and statutory requirements. Ensure that the centre or service meets or exceeds quality assurance requirements. Liaise with families and outside agencies. Formulate and evaluate annual budgets. Liaise with management committees as appropriate. Provide professional leadership and development to staff. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the centre or service. To be successful in this role, you will have: A nationally recognised Early Childhood diploma or higher qualification At least 2 years'' experience as a Centre Director First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) Strong leadership skills Highly motivated and goal driven A passion for inclusive, highquality education and team leadership Mandatory Requirements YMCA, including its Boards of Directors, are committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People framework.
