With a proven track record of delivering projects that stand the test of time, we continue to grow and now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dedicated Brisbane build team.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diverse commercial projects ranging from $5m to $50m+. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a high-calibre professional with a strong trade background and a reputation for successfully delivering quality outcomes. Experience in both structures and finishes will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate trades onsite to ensure seamless project deliveryConduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standardsWork closely with the Site Manager to achieve program, budget, and quality targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliersOversee WHS inspections, incident investigations, and promote a safe work environmentEnsure environmental controls are implemented, monitored, and reviewedReview subcontractor scopes and ensure works are delivered to specificationManage defect rectification and ensure timely completionContribute to "lessons learned" sessions to drive continuous improvementAbout YouMinimum 3+ years'' experience as a Site Foreman in Class 29 construction (BCA)Strong trade background with relevant competenciesOpen Builders Supervision Licence (QBCC)Excellent communication skills both written and verbalProven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teamsEnthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven mindsetStrong understanding of time and financial management in construction deliveryTech-savvy with experience using construction software/apps (e.g. Procore)Why Join Us:If you are looking for a role that offers structed support, a dynamic and energetic workplace, a work pipeline that is bespoke, iconic and challenging with exposure to diverse projects, Alder Group is the place for you We have the people, the processes and the project portfolio to take your career to new heights.
