Saint Valentine is a successful omni-channel business with a retail, wholesale & online presence; major stockists include David Jones & The Iconic.Key responsibilities:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure a high-quality customer experience and smooth business performance.Plan and manage product assortments, inventory levels, and customer service standards in line with brand expectations.Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and financial transactions.Prepare and manage store budgets, forecasts, and expense controls to achieve financial targets.Develop and execute pricing, and marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.Provide expert guidance to customers on jewellery selection, care, and usage while driving in-store sales.Lead promotional activities and coordinate advertising initiatives to increase customer engagement and store visibility.Confident with VM and store presentationHave strong verbal & written communication skillsBe a team player inclusive, reliable, accountable and adaptableRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional sales team.Ensure the store operates in full compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply.Skills and Qualifications:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)Experience:1-year minimum experience as Retail Manager or in a related field.LocationManly NSW 2095Salary Offered$77,000 $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.Employment TypeFull TimeJob Type: Full-timePay: $77,000.00 $85,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
