Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.As we continue to grow and expand, we''re looking for a Gifting Suite Coordinator to join our growing team located in Rosebery.We''re looking for someone who is fashion-forward, obsessed with social media and influencer culture, highly organised with a strong eye for detail, and passionate about delivering elevated on-site brand experiences.Key Responsibilities:Be the face of the White Fox Australian showroomStyle, refresh and curate the showroom to reflect current drops, trends and viral momentsSupport PR moments, influencer fittings and other activations with confidenceReceiving, processing and maintaining accurate showroom stock, including coordinating the preparation, organisation and return of stock following showroom useOrganisation and upkeep of processes including the use of inventory management systems.Coordinate and execute showroom appointments alongside the PR team to meet KPIsOrganisation of any guest needs including refreshments and foodKeeping the showroom exceptionally presentedCommunicate with relevant teams across PR and influencer, events, social, warehouse and product to ensure seamless and well organised appointmentsAssist with onsite influencer activations when neededAssist with influencer seeding and outreach for general collaborations when required.Ideal Candidate:Obsessed with White FoxNaturally stylish with a strong eye for aesthetic, detail and presentationSuper organised with strong attention to detailProven experience in merchandising or stock management is highly regardedProactive and able to work and communicate cross teams.Confident communicator who can lead a conversation effortlessly.Comfortable working across tools like Google Sheets and other digital systems.Personable, have a great energy and positive attitudeAware of trends, both in terms of fashion as well as social cultural momentsThrives in fast paced, high energy environmentsComfortable working with influencers, creators and industry talentBenefitsStunning new offices including onsite gym & kitchen stocked with lots of goodiesMonthly clothing allowance + ongoing clothing discounts Fun events throughout the yearBe apart of a fast growing business
