Key deliverables encompass delivering complex energy infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards and design intent.Other responsibilities include: Onsite management of allocated energy projects, deliver program analysis, and provide guidance and advice to CDC teams during the initiation, planning and delivery of programs to support high quality outcomes. Support with interconnection studies, feasibility assessments, and reference designs for network and substation projects. Coordinate with regulated transmission and distribution network operators and non-regulated to secure grid access and ensure compliance with technical standards. Collecting energy monitoring data and keeping accurate records to provide insight into future decision making and design. Management of key deliverables throughout the project including value management, safety initiatives, structural adequacies, and verification of contracted works. Manage and report on progress, forecasting, budget control, procurement and schedule updates, and company procedures/systems. Develop and implement the processes, structures and frameworks required for energy projects, interface with other work streams and provide input to the construction delivery phase to support effective planning, development, and implementation stages. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and communication ability years of experience in energy project management, preferably in grid connection or utility-scale renewable projects. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, interconnection standards, and grid codes.
