The role engages senior stakeholders regarding workplace conduct matters and collaborates closely with other People function teams to respond to emerging issues. This role ensures agency-specific requirements are addressed, developing solutions that align with project plans to support sustainable change adoption. Additionally, you will seek to identify continuous improvement opportunities to build on and enhance a new triage and assessment approach ensuring that CSNSW conduct matters and are being considered and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.What you''ll be doingWe''re looking for a Senior leader who can: Analyse and tailor key interventions to ensure they meet business needs while maintaining consistency for the Commissioner and Secretary as well as other internal stakeholders.Reporting effectively on progress, impacts, risks, and process improvements necessary to ensure the effective triage and assessment of CSNSW conduct related matters.Take full responsibility for delivering projects that support the implementation of a new misconduct model, ensuring timely and resource-efficient outcomes for the organisation and clients.Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve program goals.Support the implementation of the change and program management framework by developing tools and techniques for consistent and effective use.Design and implement engagement and capability-building activities to improve outcomes and experiences for impacted employees.Develop strategies and procedures to support the fair and informed decision making and triage of conduct matters while fostering capability through shared practice insights.Please download the role description to find out more about the role.
