Behind every bold environmental initiative is a powerful digital ecosystem, and that''s where you come in.We''re looking for a Senior Platform Configuration Administrator who thrives on complexity, champions best practice, and wants their work to have real impact across NSW.If you love solving problems, optimising systems, and ensuring technology quietly hums in the background while big things happen out front, this role is your next step.About the roleIn this role, you''ll be the trusted expert ensuring our platforms, applications and hardware are secure, stable, and ready to support a rapidly evolving organisation, with the opportunity to work across everything from CRMs to automated workflows and websites.You will:Lead Level 2 and 3 support for a diverse application and digital landscapeManage platform and hardware lifecycle activitiesOversee standard operating environments, application delivery platforms, content management systems and production "golive" transitionsResolve complex technical issues and minimise service disruptionsShape and enforce technical standards, guidelines and best practicesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the DepartmentProvide expert advice that strengthens architecture, scalability and performanceEvery day, you''ll help keep critical systems running smoothly so our teams can focus on protecting the environment, supporting communities, and driving NSW toward a sustainable future.About YouYou''re someone with deep experience across application architecture, cloud platforms and the software development lifecycle, who enjoys tackling complex problems and turning them into elegant, practical solutions. Your strong cybersecurity awareness underpins everything you do, and your relevant platform certifications reflect your technical credibility.
