We are a growing, family-focused early learning organisation committed to delivering high-quality education, strong relationships, and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and lead our centres across Northern and NorthWestern Melbourne and Regional Victoria. About the Role The Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the performance, quality, and compliance of multiple early learning centres. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with Centre Directors to drive quality outcomes, team development, and sustainable growth. This role requires regular travel between centres, including regional visits to Shepparton. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Centre Managers Oversee centre operations, compliance, and quality outcomes Ensure centres meet or exceed National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements Drive occupancy, enrolments, and financial performance Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Conduct regular centre visits, audits, and quality reviews Implement policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives Act as the key communication link between centres and head office Support new centre openings and transitions as required About You Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, or similar leadership role in Early Childhood Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), NQS, and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively Commercially and operationally astute Willingness to travel across metro and regional locations Valid Working With Children Check Relevant Early Childhood qualifications (desirable) What We Offer Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) Company car provided Supportive and collaborative leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple centres Longterm career growth within a growing organisation How to Apply If you are a passionate and experienced early childhood leader looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
