The program supports clients to address a range of issues including rental debts, antisocial behaviour, neighbourhood disputes, significant maintenance issues, hoarding and VCAT matters.As a Tenancy Plus Support Worker you will:Provide assessment, intervention and case management support to at risk clientsAdvocate for clients and assist them in accessing relevant support servicesAid clients in identifying their needs and empower them to achieve their goalsMaintain comprehensive case files and client recordsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholdersBenefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
