Working within the Delivery Hub in the Centre of Expertise at the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI), this role supports the NSW Health workforce to build understanding, respect and culturally safe practice through education that is grounded in Aboriginal knowledges, community connection and lived experience. The Facilitator engages with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders to ensure training reflects local cultural protocols and priorities, contributes to the development of localised content and learning experiences, and participates in evaluation and feedback processes that support continuous improvement. This role requires working confidently in emotionally complex learning environments and a strong commitment to reflective practice, supervision and selfcare, recognising the cultural and emotional demands of delivering Aboriginal cultural safety education across a large and diverse health system.
