This position leads the development and delivery of a strategic, cohesive narrative that elevates SACOME''s policy agenda and strengthens their voice in a complex and rapidly evolving sector. Success in this role requires a leader who can translate policy into compelling stories, anticipate and influence public discourse, and ensure SACOME''s messaging is consistent, credible and impactful across all channels.Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively across the organisation, the Manager, Media & Communications, will drive an integrated communications approach that not only informs but inspires-positioning SACOME''s work at the forefront of State and national conversations and reinforcing SACOME''s reputation as a trusted and influential voice on behalf of members.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. They will bring excellent communication skills, strategic and creative nous, sound judgement and a high level of professionalism, along with high-level organisational and project management capability. A keen eye for detail, adaptability under pressure and a collaborative, can-do approach is essential.
