This means you have on the job training with your leaders, direct involvement with business development, clear recognition for your performance, and greater career opportunities.The OpportunityAs a result of continued growth, we are looking to hire an Executive (comparable to a Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director level in Big 4 professional services firms) to join Risk Advisory in either Sydney or Melbourne.As an Executive, you will be an integral member of a team delivering risk, regulatory and compliance advice and solutions to clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail, corporate and government. Your work will include supporting and advising clients on the development and implementation of risk frameworks, the assessment of risk programs, the design of controls and implementation of controls testing and uplift, as well as the design and implementation of regulatory change and compliance programs .You will be responsible for contributing positively to the culture and ongoing growth of Risk Advisory. You will also drive and contribute to business development activities, including tendering, to build the profile of the firm and yourself.Risk Advisory is made up of subject matter experts across operational risk, regulatory risk, data & analytics, ESG, financial crime, cyber risk, commercial advisory, project advisory, and managed services. Candidates with backgrounds in compliance, risk management or internal audit at listed companies will also be considered.You''re proficient with common risk tools, frameworks and standards.You understand the regulatory landscape and have practical experience working with key regulators such as ASIC, APRA, ACCC.You have hands-on controls assurance experience. This includes control design assessment, operating effectiveness testing, and remediation activities.You contribute to business development and project management.
