With your skills and experience, you can help enrich the lives of millions while developing your career within Australia''s largest health organisationalongside passionate tech professionals, health partners and industry leaders building solutions that truly make a difference.About the Opportunity As a Senior Project Manager of our eHealth Critical Infrastructure Refresh Program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare delivering key infrastructure that supports our customers state-wide.This role offers the opportunity to leverage skills and expertise to deliver a rapid access and authentication platform for the new Single Digital Patient Record system being implemented across NSW Health.In this role, you will: Plan and schedule the rollout by developing clear delivery plans that sequence technical, clinical, and operational activities to align Imprivata implementation with SDPR onboarding.Manage vendor and coordinate activities with internal technology partners, ensuring deliverables and integrations are delivered to plan.Lead stakeholder engagement by working closely with NSW Health agencies, clinical teams, ICT groups, and program leadership to align expectations.Manage risks, issues, and escalations by identifying challenges early, maintaining strong governance, and coordinating responses across technical, clinical, and vendor teams.Support service design and establishment by defining the support model for Rapid Access and Authentication, including incident pathways, monitoring, documentation, and service ownership.Ensure smooth operational handover by ensuring that BAU teams are skilled and ready to support the platform post hypercare.About You: Possess a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK, demonstrating a strong foundation in structured delivery, governance, and bestpractice methodologies.Proven experience in delivering projects within large, complex government organisations, with the ability to navigate federated structures, competing priorities, and multilayered stakeholder environments.Ideally has an understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.Has a solid background in delivering End User Computing projects, including device deployment, workstation upgrades, authentication solutions, and usercentric technology rollouts in operational environments.Ideally has experience establishing new services, including defining support models, operational processes, service ownership, and transitiontoBAU frameworks to ensure longterm sustainability.Need more information?
