The Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance to clients and support workers by managing cases, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating services, liaising with clients and support workers, maintaining detailed records, and offering technical assistance when needed. The role requires excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.Support Worker:This is a full-time role for a Support Worker at Bily. As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized assistance in areas such as personal care, domestic support, and facilitating social and community engagement. Other tasks will include ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, creating a positive and empathetic atmosphere, and adhering to safeguarding practices and operational guidelines. Regular reporting and communication with clients and team members will also be integral to your role.Qualifications-Support Coordinator:Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster effective relationships with clients and support workersExperience in Case Management and Customer Service, including resolving client needs with professionalism and empathyProficiency in Technical Support to guide users through platform issues and troubleshoot problems effectivelyExcellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with the disability and aged care support sector is a plusProactive mindset, a collaborative approach to working in teams, and capacity to thrive in remote work environments-Support Worker:Experience as a Support Worker and familiarity with providing care services for disability or aged care clientsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships and effectively understand client needsKnowledge of safeguarding practices and commitment to ensuring the safety and dignity of clientsTechnical support skills, including basic understanding of digital tools and platforms used for remote or in-person service coordinationAdaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to handle diverse situationsAbility to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with colleaguesRelevant certifications, such as first-aid training, and working knowledge of disability or aged care standards is advantageousA passion for providing exceptional support and care for clientsPlease click "apply" to submit your application and join Bily today
