The key focus of this role is to support the builder throughout the installation of Supaloc frames and ensuring compliance with Supaloc''s quality and safety policies and standards. More specifically, you will: Travel across the Melbourne metro area to complete steel frame inspections and reporting. Work collaboratively with manufacturing, site supervisors and subcontractors to maintain strong communication and project alignment. Provide instruction to trades to complete required rectification work Provide ongoing training and support to trades to strengthen knowledge and capability in erection of steel frame Maintain accurate documentation and proactively escalate issues to ensure smooth site delivery and customer satisfaction.About youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have: Willingness to travel across Melbourne metro and regional areas (1-2 hours travel) High attention to detail with the ability to resolve problems Physically fit and able to carry out rectifications onsite as necessary Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders A positive attitude with the ability to work by yourself and prioritise tasks according to demand Experience in frame carpentry, ideally in steel framing A building trade or equivalent is preferred A full driver''s licenceWe are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
