Maintenance Technician Helidon$81,000 total package (inc. super) + bonus opportunitiesHands-on maintenance role supporting a critical manufacturing siteStable, full-time opportunity with training and career progressionAt Dyno Nobel our vision is to unlock our people capability and culture to create safe, inclusive and high performing teams on the ground.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role supports the Helidon Maintenance System by carrying out prescribed maintenance activities and managing spare parts to improve plant availability and reduce downtime.You will be responsible for scheduled and breakdown maintenance across site assembly equipment, while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and in line with site procedures.Key responsibilities include:conducting standard maintenance activitiesinspecting equipment and spare parts for qualityupdating maintenance documentationoverseeing contractorsissuing work permitsusing SAP to support maintenance tasksspare parts management.You will also contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance procedures for new and existing equipment and communicate any quality or reliability issues to relevant stakeholders.What you''ll bringYou are a team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to safety and quality. You bring solid mechanical aptitude and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a broader maintenance team.You will ideally have basic computer literacy and exposure to systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP, with the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics considered highly desirable. A forklift licence is advantageous, as is an interest in ongoing learning or further study.
