With multiple business entities operating across 100+ locations Australia-wide and now in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, we offer an extensive range of employment services and programs, vocational training, apprenticeships, mentoring, specialist schools and allied health services.Description The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with transitioning ADF members to provide advice and guidance on upskilling for a current job, cross skilling into roles within their current occupation or transitioning to a new occupation, including providing recommendations for training and education pathways and options.This role will be responsible for providing career coaching and associated individualised job transition supports to transitioning Eligible Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families from military to civilian life.This role is part time, working 15 hours a week, with flexibility to chose the days and hours worked.Employee Benefits:Training and Professional development commitmentBUSYologyBenefits programEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental leave, Retail discounts and Annual MY BUSY Day offCareer progression and internal transfer opportunitiesTools of the trade to support your individual roleSkills And Experiences About youPrevious experience in a similar role of developing and delivering work readiness and employability skills within industry, youth support and/or education sectors.A demonstrated ability to successfully engage clients in relevant and dynamic learning.Experience working with people who are overcoming adversity.Good understanding of a broad range of industries and vocational education and training.Proven ability to develop cooperative working relationships and work as part of a team with broad range of internal and external stakeholders, in industry, vocational education and training and the school community to ensure outcomes for students are achieved.Highly preferredone of the following:5 years'' experience in the employment services industry or community services sector;Cert IV in Career Development (or similar);Education QualificationsCareer Development Qualifications4 years full-time ADF service in the preceding 5 years.Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain.Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check;Must be an Australian CitizenOpen drivers licence.Next steps...This role will actively commence recruitment from the date of advertisement.
