Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design smart, peoplecentred hiring strategies. Use labour market insights to stay ahead of trends and support proactive workforce planning. Coach leaders in structured, fair and evidencebased selection. Build strong internal and external partnerships to grow our talent pipeline and deliver a standout candidate experience. You will Thrive in this role if you have Around 3+ years experience in highvolume recruitment, talent acquisition, managing busy endtoend recruitment portfolios. Excellent relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills. Confidence using ATS (ideally JobAdder), HRIS and workforce data. Strong understanding of Fair Work, employment law and talent best practice. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field, desirable. Bonus points for experience in aged care.
