Our business is growing rapidly on a national scale, and were focused on strengthening our Finance function to support this success.This new role partners with the businesss key operational support functions areas where growth and complexity are increasing and stronger financial governance is essential. You will provide sharp financial insight, uplift performance management, and help leaders understand the drivers of cost and value so they can make smarter strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business unit leaders to manage costs, monitor performance, and drive financial accountability.Analyse data and provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking, manage risk, and achieve commercial objectives.Lead monthend processes, delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting with variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.Maintain robust budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that reveal key performance drivers.Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems and reporting tools to streamline processes, improve governance, and meet evolving business needs.This role will be offered initially as a 12month Term Contract position.About YouYou are an experienced Finance Business Partner, eager to grow your skills in a rapidly growing and evolving business.
