Deputy Chief Delivery Officer (Deputy CDO) Were looking for a Deputy CDO to partner closely with our Chief Delivery Officer. This is a senior leadership role designed to deliver measurable improvements in client retention and margin. At Influx, the Delivery function owns the entire post-sale client lifecycle: service delivery operations, client retention, and margin growth across a global team of 1,000+ people. The Deputy CDO acts as a critical bridge between client insight, product innovation, and operational execution ensuring what we learn from clients translates into scalable, repeatable delivery excellence. Youll work directly with our CDO and founders. This role is intentionally designed for someone who wants to grow into broader operational leadership over time, taking on increasing scope and ownership as the business scales. What You Will Do As Deputy CDO, youll help us scale smarter by ensuring the good things we already do become stronger, more consistent, and more connected. Youll turn client insights into clear actions, acting as a neutral advocate for the client experience and guiding improvements in training, reporting, and service interactions. Youll partner closely with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Finance to keep teams aligned. This includes leading pilots, managing change, and codifying learnings into repeatable playbooks. Using data, youll tell the story of what works (and what doesnt), building dashboards that support better decisions. Youll also work with functional leaders to surface risks and opportunities early, helping the organisation stay ahead as it grows. Key focus areas Listen deeply to clients and translate feedback into action Facilitate productmarket fit through client insight and scalable offerings Lead cross-functional pilots and change programs Build reporting that links delivery outcomes to commercial performance Diagnose bottlenecks, optimise processes, and embed improvements long term What Success Looks Like Stronger growth NRR and margins improve through sharper onboarding, stronger retention, and scalable service design Clarity through data leaders operate from a single source of truth with clear, consistent reporting Trusted leadership the CDO has a dependable deputy who can operate confidently in both detail and strategy, with remit expanding as impact is proven What Were Looking For Youve led cross-functional initiatives in services, SaaS, or consulting environments, where success required both thoughtful design and hands-on execution. Youre comfortable engaging directly with clients, drawing out real insight, and translating it into service models and commercial decisions. Youre also strong with data able to turn complexity into clear, usable narratives.
