You will join a cross-functional, empowered team, working side-by-side with a Product Owner/Manager and Designer to form the core product trio. Your role goes beyond coding: you will contribute to ideation, design, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing improvement of our products.We value a "product engineer" mindsetwhere you care as much about the product''s success and user experience as you do about code. We expect you to be a clear communicator who collaborates proactively with peers and stakeholders, and to demonstrate technical leadership within and beyond the team.We''re Interested In Hearing From People WhoPossesses full-cycle engineering experiences: system design (architecture), build, testing (unit, integration, system), release, and ongoing maintenancePartners as part of a "core trio" (Product, Design, Engineering) to deeply understand business and user problems, and co-create solutionsLeads technical design, architecture, and implementation for new and existing features, providing thought leadership and influencing technology direction across the teamActively embraces and integrates AI-driven solutions (including LLMs and agentic AI approaches) to enhance our engineering workflows and product capabilitiesProven ability to provide technical thought leadership: influencing engineering culture, evaluating and introducing new technologies, guiding team direction, mentors and supports other engineersAre quality-focused and take pride in delivering well-tested, robust, and maintainable software. Also, comfortable owning testing responsibilities as there is no separate QAEmbraces change and ambiguity, taking initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHave experimental and E2E ownership mindset, deliver with minimum supervision.Tech SkillsStrong expertise in frontend with Next.js, React.js, TypescriptAdvanced proficiency in backend development in Node.js, .NET Core, .NET FrameworkDemonstrated experience in solution design and architecture principlesExpertise with Microservices, Restful API design patternWorking knowledge of public cloud engineering - AWS preferredUnderstanding of DevOps, CI-CD pipeline - TeamCity, Octopus, GitHub ActionsAny experience with the following would be great - AI/ML development, Prompt engineering, or integrating agentic AI in the software development process, Leading small technical teamsWorking with usWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time connecting in office.
