Were currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our vibrant service at Caversham Primary School. About the Role As a Centre Manager, you''ll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educator''s, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs. Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community. Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration. About You Youre a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism and care to everything you do. You''ll have: A valid Western Australian Working With Children Check. A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate valid within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain). Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care under the Australian Qualifications Framework. Mandatory Child Protection Training Certificate. First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Rights to work in Australia. Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings. Knowledge of NQF & "My Time, Our Place" framework.
