We are now seeking someone based in Perth who will report directly to our National Operations leadership team and play a key role in supporting and strengthening daily operations across Western Australia.The RoleWere looking for an Operations Coordinator based in Perth to support and strengthen our cleaning operations across Western Australia.In this role, you will report directly to our National Operations Manager and play a key part in ensuring our venues run smoothly, efficiently, and to New Eras high standards.Youll be responsible for:Supporting the National Operations Manager with day to day operational coordination across a portfolio of hospitality venues, gyms and high traffic sites.Assisting with managing and motivating cleaners, contractors, and site supervisors.Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and quality control checks.Building strong client relationships and supporting the State Manager as a key operational contact.Ensuring jobs are delivered on time, to scope, and at a healthy margin.Assisting with quoting, onboarding new sites, scheduling, and operational improvements.Providing operational reporting and updates to the State Manager.Growing with the business, strong opportunities for progression as we continue expanding our Western Australia operations.About YouBased in Perth (or open to relocating)Ambitious and hungry to grow their career, with a genuine desire to step into senior leadership as our Western Australia operations expand.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.A confident communicator who can deal effectively with both staff and clients.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.Ideally experienced in cleaning operations, hospitality, facilities or other service based industries.In possession of a valid drivers licence and able to travel between sites as required.Willing to travel domestically within Australia when required.What Youll GetStrong performance and bonus structure.Flexible work setup manage your schedule and site travel.Clear and genuine career progression in Perth with a defined pathway to State Manager for the right person.Autonomy and trust.
