Recognising this skills shortage and in order to develop our own highly skilled scaffolders, Caledonia designed a unique Traineeship Program in 2013 which has been operating across the country ever since. Due to its continued success, we are now seeking expressions of interest for our program commencing in March 2026Our Scaffolding Traineeship is designed for young people who want to start a career in scaffolding but have no prior experience.Throughout the traineeship, youll work under the guidance of an experienced mentor in our scaffold yard while completing your required tickets through our RTO.
