You will be working across sites from the CBD across to the Eastern Suburbs and down to the Sutherland Shire. What We Offer: Full-Time Permanent Opportunities (salaried role) Team Leader will utilise company vehicle to transport the team. Training Provided: While previous experience is advantageous, well equip you with the skills to succeed. Free Certificate III in Cleaning Services for eligible employees. About You Were searching for team players with a background in cleaning and a passion for excellence. You should have: A positive attitude and a commitment to punctuality and attention to detail. Flexibility to work outside standard school hours (that is, either before 8am or after 3pm, Monday to Friday), including overnight stays when needed. A valid Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle. The ability to provide a NSW Police Clearance and Working With Children Check. Your Experience and Skills While not essential, experience in the following areas is highly regarded: Window Cleaning Hard Floor Restoration: Resilient, ceramic tile, wood, and safety flooring. Detailed Cleaning: Including amenities blocks, offices, and schools. Specialised Equipment Operation: Scrubbers, sanders, and window ionisers. Working from Heights: Knowledge of safe practices for elevated tasks. Physical Fitness: This role is physically demanding. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate others.
