Your main role will be as an intrinsic and proactive member of one of the Senior Divisional Teams, giving professional and best practice advice.You will also contribute to interesting and innovative strategic HR projects where you will have the opportunity to think outside of the box.The assessment process will test candidates technical skills, ability to present self with the business and key skills associated with the role of HRBP.Interviews will be held on 26th February 2026.Main duties of the jobTo act as an advocate of change and modernisation in support of clinical, business and HR strategies, championing best practice HR management, influencing key clinical and business decisions to ensure the most effective management of staff.To head a team of HR professionals to work alongside the divisional management team and provide professional customer focused HR advice, coaching interventions and solutions that support the division in the identification and management of HR issues and major change programmes.To provide advice and guidance to the division on complex workforce issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure.To develop divisional workforce plans that support local, organisational and national strategy and agenda.To work with senior specialist HR colleagues and the wider HR teams to ensure the Corporate HR services meet the needs of the division and that workforce issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.To undertake specific projects/responsibilities to support delivery of the workforce and organisational development strategy, both within the division and across the Trust as appropriate.To contribute to the development #J-18808-Ljbffr
