Key ResponsibilitiesProven skills and experience associated with the co-ordination of a time sensitive supply chain related to an agricultural and/or manufacturing operations Local area negotiation of matters which cover all aspects of transport, handling and crushing of cane including all transactions relating to the payment for sugar cane Analyse, interpret and review current transport data and methods to maintain and enhance transport efficiencies Maintain the operations of the cane supply department to ensure that established targets and goals are met within an agreed plan, including communication, budgeting, planning and administration Develop, implement, monitor and fine-tune harvest rosters, transport rosters and schedules
