Account ExecutiveWhat We Need.Corpay is currently looking to hire a Account Executive. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be located in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will act as a key driver of new business growth, responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting corporate prospects into long-term clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Dealing, and various shared services teams and contribute to the team''s overall success.How We WorkAs a Account Executive you will be expected to work in our Sydney, Australia office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Sydney, AustraliaCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRoles ResponsibilitiesAchieving monthly targets by identifying, accessing, and selling prospects on the value Corpay Cross Border can bring to their respective businessConvincing a prospect to move from a warm lead to becoming a Corpay Cross Border client by completing an application to conduct a first-time trade with an experienced in-house Corpay Cross Border Account Executive/TraderSetting and attending self-generated 1stappointments with a prospect of conducting either a phone discussion or a face-to-face meeting for companies with exposures between 2MM to 5MM per annumSetting and attending an appointment with experienced National Account Manager, for any self-generated 1stappointments with exposure exceeding more than 5MM per annumConducting prospect demonstrations of Corpay Cross Border Online as an efficient and effective payment system optionConducting innovative prospecting programs such as e-marketing campaigns, webinars, list sourcing, cold calling, trade association penetration and moreContinually market to those prospects who are not ready to move to Corpay Cross Border by making periodic calls and emails, sending timely market updates and marketing materialsMaking regular updates to the company CRM system, Sourcing and generating leads for potential new businessCreating a positive impression of Corpay Cross Border with prospects by acting professionally and providing timely and accurate follow-up.Qualifications & Skills2+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience within the Foreign Exchange industryKnowledge of the financial markets will be a plus, along with payment process understanding (training will be given)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with CRM systems (i.e. )Experience in sales acquiring new customer relationships in the global and domestic payments businessUnderstanding of the corporate foreign exchange process and flow of funds from the client through to the beneficiaries.Understanding of Compliance as it relates to the Corporate Payments IndustryProven track record of success sufficient 1stappointments generatedUnderstanding and demonstrable success in closing small to mid-sized businesses.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong sense of professionalismTenacity, resilience and a positive outlookCredibility, and confidence to liaise with Directors, and C-Level Executives of large corporationsDriven to succeedProven ability to deliver results within required deadlinesAbility to work in a metrics reporting environmentThe ability to work independently and as a team player. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
