You will guide customers through asset-intensive transformation programs, leading solution delivery across SAP Enterprise Asset Management and SAP Services. This senior leadership role combines people leadership, hands-on consulting, delivery governance, and customer advisory, with a focus on delivering scalable, cloud-based outcomes aligned to best practice.Your tasks and responsibilitiesChampion growth of SAP Maintenance and Services capabilities aligned with DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategyLead a team delivering SAP Maintenance and Services solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversightLead full-cycle implementations across Maintenance and Services workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercareTranslate asset management and service requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to operational best practiceContribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on: SAP Enterprise Asset Maintenance, SAP Services, SAP Projects in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private, SAP Field Services Management, SAP FieldGlass, SAP Service & Asset ManagerFacilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across maintenance planning, work execution, service delivery and technician mobilityOversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the teamManage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governanceSupport testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning and go-live readinessCollaborate with technical teams on integrations to related solutions (e.g., procurement, inventory, finance, HR/time, mobile, external service providers)Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise maintenance and service outcomesYour qualifications and experienceExcellent communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders across Operations, IT and LeadershipProven experience delivering SAP Maintenance and/or Services solutions in a consulting environment, across end-to-end implementationsStrong functional knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Maintenance (EAM) and/or SAP Services in S/4HANA (Public and/or Private Cloud)Experience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching, governance and delivery qualityExperience designing and improving end-to-end maintenance and services processes (planning, scheduling, execution, service orders, notifications, warranties/entitlements)Exposure to SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service & Asset Manager, SAP FieldGlass, and/or SAP Projects is highly regardedStrong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skillsExperience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness activitiesIf your background is deep in one area (maintenance or services), a growth mindset and willingness to broaden across the portfolio is highly valuedSAP certifications and/or formal training in relevant modules highly regardedWhat we offerWork with SAP''s latest technologies on cloud such as S/4HANA, BTP and JouleA flexible and supportive work environment including the ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New ZealandCompetitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, wellbeing programme, additional purchased leave, and company-provided laptopComprehensive SAP training and certificationsJoin a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of APAC''s leading enterprisesDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
