During a Typical Day, Youll Liaise with tour operators, operations departments, hotels,and otherorganisationswhererequired Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Hotels & Holidayproducts,pricingand operators Accurately process bookings in thecomputerisedreservations system and undertake any associated administration tasks Delivering exceptional service in ordertosell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel over the phone, Chatand via email Bring your strong product and brand knowledge, goal setting experience, and passion to negotiate and close a sale, handleobjectionsand rebuttals during customer interactions What You Bring to the Role One year or more sales experience in a similar field.
