More than just a Job We are looking for a Retail and Service Assistant Manager at Poolwerx. Its being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. This is a challenging role, with a diverse skill-set required, and requires an individual who can prioritise tasks, work autonomously and part of a team, manage interactions with retail, service, and administrative clients, and guide service staff on schedules. Day to day will involve multiple areas of the business, including: Opening and closing the retail outlet, cash control, retail sales & support, and client service payments Performing pool water testing and analysis within the retail outlet Stocking shelves, setting up promotions, updating price tickets Receiving deliveries and checking stock Answering phone calls from retail, service & account clients and providing phone support Responding to emails in a timely manner, actioning appropriately Invoicing service clients for completed works Communicating with service clients via email, SMS and phone Liaising with service technicians regarding daily schedules General cleaning and housekeeping Workshop equipment repairs What Youll Bring The successful applicant must be confident and service driven as all aspects of this role are customer service focused. The ability to prioritise multiple tasks is a must, as there will be in-store clients, phone calls, emails, deliveries & service staff all requiring attention on a daily basis. Although wed love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. Training will be provided across all areas, however any transferable skills would be highly regarded.
