Program Coordinator - Domestic and Family Violence Program Department: Service DeliveryLocation: Regional NSW About the Role We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Coordinator, Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Programs to lead the coordination and delivery of specialist DFV services across a regional NSW catchment. Working closely with the General Manager and service delivery teams, this role provides leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and trauma-informed client services. The Coordinator will drive continuous improvement in case management practice, oversee program performance and funding requirements, and maintain a small, active caseload to model best practice. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about women''s safety, social justice, and strengthening community responses to domestic and family violence. Key Responsibilities Program and Practice Leadership Lead and manage a team of specialist DFV caseworkers, including remote staff Oversee the implementation and continuous review of the case management framework Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, strengths-based and intersectional feminist practice Maintain a small caseload to support service delivery and demonstrate best practice People Leadership Provide mentoring, coaching and supervision through one-to-one meetings, group training and reflective practice Foster a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture Set and uphold exceptional professional and ethical standards Quality, Data and Compliance Ensure the integrity and quality of client data and reporting Prepare program reports as required by funding bodies Monitor and review contracts, funding and service agreements to ensure targets are met Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and WH&S requirements Strategy, Partnerships and Resources Build and maintain strong working relationships with community partners and stakeholders Contribute to funding submissions, tenders and service development initiatives Plan and manage resources in collaboration with the General Manager to achieve budget outcomes Promote continuous improvement across service delivery and operations About You You are a collaborative and inclusive leader with strong practice expertise in domestic and family violence. You are confident balancing people leadership, service quality, compliance, and strategic thinking - and you are deeply committed to social change. You will bring Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or extensive experience coordinating DFV services Strong knowledge of DFV service delivery and funding environments Demonstrated experience leading trauma-informed, strengths-based case management Proven ability to mentor, coach and empower multidisciplinary teams Experience building partnerships to enhance service delivery Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience contributing to funding or tender submissions High levels of integrity, initiative and accountability A demonstrated commitment to women''s rights, equality and systemic change Previous experience in a team leader or management role Role Requirements The successful applicant will be required to hold, or be willing to obtain: A valid National Police Check A state-based Working with Children Check A current Driver''s Licence Completion of a medical declaration #J-18808-Ljbffr
