Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our teams across the Medical Surgical and Rehabilitation units. We offer excellent flexibility with opportunities ranging from Permanent PartTime (0.6FTE) through to FullTime. Choose the arrangement that best suits your lifestyle! To be considered for this opportunity this role requires participation in a 24/7 rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts. Salary range: $41.73 - $53.53 per hour plus superannuation and access to notforprofit salary packaging up to $15,900.00 and many staff benefits. What youll be doing Conduct systematic and accurate nursing assessments for medical and postoperative patients. Implement and evaluate evidencebased nursing interventions within scope of practice. Advocate for patients by providing education and ensuring informed consent is obtained. Promote a safe clinical environment that supports patient dignity, security and wellbeing. Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control policies and safe clinical practices. Comply with organisational policies, procedures and clinical guidelines. About you Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictions. Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Registered Nurse. Experience in an acute hospital setting desired but not essential. Proven clinical competency and the ability to maintain the highest standards of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problemsolving skills to maximise patient care and outcomes. Knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice. Demonstrates a collaborative and engaging approach to teamwork and the ability to work within the multidisciplinary team.
