The opportunity Delaware North Australia is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Adelaide Airport on a full-time basis. In this handson leadership role, you will guide and support our frontofhouse team across caf, restaurant and bar operations. Youll lead by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fastpaced, highenergy airport environment. Flexible availability required to cover both early morning (4am) and evening closing shifts. Supervise, motivate and support a diverse team to uphold service excellence Lead daily caf, bar and restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and a guestfirst approach Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails and mixed drinks, demonstrating strong barista and bar skills Train, coach and develop team members, fostering a highperforming and energetic culture Be wellversed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs Assist with the setup and maintenance of bar, dining and service areas Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes Implement upselling strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards More about you Must have previous experience working in a caf or restaurant, with demonstrated barista and bar service capability Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and RP Badge Skilled in bar operations, including coffee preparation and beverage service Passionate about hospitality, with a customerfirst mindset and energetic approach Strong teamleadership skills with experience in training or workforce mobilisation Understanding of labour controls and food cost management, desirable The application period will close on 01/03/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
