Business Support Officer | Sport and Recreation Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days. Location: Strathpine Join the City of Moreton Bay as a Business Support Officer and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Sport and Recreation Branch. In this position, you will provide highquality administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Branch operations. Your responsibilities will include Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and preparing timely responses to customer enquiries Supporting finance and procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices Coordinating the review and maintenance of Branch resources such as template letters, forms, and customer service reference materials Assisting with the review and improvement of Branch processes to enhance service delivery outcomes You will bring proven experience in providing highquality administrative support, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and professional correspondence and documentation. Your strong organisational and timemanagement skills help you stay on top of competing priorities, and youre confident using Councils corporate systems as well as the Microsoft Office suite. Youre someone who builds positive working relationships with ease.
