Youll support residents with clinical needs, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, personfocused environment. What Youll Do: Deliver safe, personcentred nursing care in line with National Competency Standards Support Registered Nurses and supervise Carers as required Maintain accurate documentation and care records Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents Ensure infection control and Work Health & Safety compliance Participate in continuous professional development and team activities Desired Skills and Experience What Were Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a flexible, teamfocused environment Positive outlook and commitment to highquality care Understanding of ageing and dementia care Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Qualification from an accredited institution in Nursing Current CPR certificate National Police Check Above-Award wage rates.
