What you will bring Experience as an RN in Charge in a residential aged care home Dedication to resident care and support Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions palliative care and care of people living with dementia High level interpersonal and written skills A positive and flexible attitude Experience in managing and leading staff Ability to effectively communicate with residents resident representatives and other health professionals Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions The Organisation Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not for profit aged care organisation with over thirty years experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
