Max term Part time (3 days a week) position until 30 December 2028 | Based at Morwell Increase fortnight take-home pay with access to $15,900 salary packaging benefits! Make a difference in the lives of children Your new role As a SibWorks Group Facilitator you will coordinate and deliver the SibWorks program across all 6 Local Government Area (LGA)s in Gippsland. SibWorks is a peer support program for children aged 8-12, who have a brother or sister with disability. The program is designed to support siblings by building their emotional wellbeing and resilience, and connecting with others who share the same experience. What we are looking for: Lead the planning, co-ordination and delivery SibWorks across Gippsland. Assist in implementing processes for engaging participants through community and stakeholder engagement. Assist with the ongoing evaluation of the program and embedding the Uniting Consumer Outcomes framework. Your skills and experience You will bring: Relevant tertiary/post-secondary qualifications in community services, disability, or related disciplines and experience of working with vulnerable people. Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and Victorian Drivers License. Current 1st Aid and CPR Certificate Willingness to undertake the required SibWorks Facilitator Training and ongoing associated professional development. View the position description here.
