As a key team member, you will contribute to ongoing improvement efforts and ensure every customer interaction is positive and seamless!Your duties will include:Responding to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims processes, coverage options, and premiums.Explaining policy terms, conditions, and exclusions clearly and understandably.Assisting customers in submitting claims, providing necessary forms, and explaining the claims process.Resolving customer concerns or complaints related to policies, claims, or premiums professionally and empathetically.Achieving key performance measures.Essential in this role:Experience in a customer service environment, servicing customers over the phone or face-to-face.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in hardship roles is highly regarded.Resilience and empathy are key to success.Key Requirements:38 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm on a rotational roster.Ability to pass a National Police History Check and 2 referee checks.Location: Adelaide CBD.Full-time commitment on an initial 6-month contract.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
