About Our Role In this role, you will support the Finance Manager by providing financial, accounting and business analysis across Supply Chain and Procurement. You''ll contribute to key planning and budgeting cycles, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, and ensure strong financial control over transactions including capital expenditure. The role also supports the evaluation of new business opportunities and works closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement to deliver insights that inform operational and strategic decisionmaking.This is a 12month fixedterm contract role based in our Mentone office. What You''ll DoAssist in the delivery of weekly, monthend, forecast and budget processes, ensuring key drivers and material price movements are understoodPrepare and provide timely, accurate reporting for Supply Chain and/or Procurement, clearly explaining financial implications and performance gapsDeliver standardised costing, including raw materials, packaging and outsourced product costings, and support the annual sanction processSupport business partnering activities, contributing to productivity analysis, capital initiative support and contract analysisParticipate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by analysing and forecasting financial impactsProvide financial insight and governance for capital projects and productivity initiatives, while contributing to BAU discussions to improve returnsEnsure compliance with key controls, including balance sheet reconciliations, CWIP governance, stock takes, and audit requirementsApply a continuous improvement mindset to enhance reporting quality, processes and analytical capability About YouBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with CA/CPA completed or in progress3+ years'' relevant accounting or finance experience, ideally with exposure to supply chain, procurement, FMCG or manufacturing environmentsStrong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience in reporting, forecasting and cost analysisDemonstrated business partnering capability, with the ability to interpret data, provide meaningful commentary and communicate insights clearlyProficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or JDE preferred) and intermediatetoadvanced Excel skills Detailfocused with the ability to understand commercial drivers and broader business impactsOrganised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously while managing competing deadlinesA practical, cando mindset with a continuous improvement approach to reporting and processes Ready to Grow Your Career?
