RESOURCERECOVERY TEAM LEADERSCONEPermanent Full-Time 38 hours per week Therole:Council has an exciting opportunity for anexperienced people leader as our Resource Recovery Team Leader which playsa key leadership role in the delivery of our waste and resource recoveryservices.This position offers a balanced mix of on-siteoperational leadership and office-based responsibilities. You will lead thedaily operations of the Shire''s resource recovery facilities while alsomanaging planning, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvementactivities.As the Team Leader you be responsible foroverseeing staff, coordinating site operations, and ensuring all activities areundertaken safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with relevantlegislation, Council policies and procedures, and Environment Protection Authority(EPA) licence requirements.What''s on offer: - A salary range from $ $ per week (based on relevant skills and experience) + 12% superannuation + allowances.- A true 38 hour working week, Monday Friday working week with the opportunity for overtime if desired.- Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (working a 9-day fortnight).- Four weeks of Annual Leave per year.- Access to Long Service Leave after five years.- Generous Sick Leave entitlements.- Training and upskilling opportunities.- Salary sacrifice options.- Secure, permanent employment with Council.What we need from you: We are seeking aself-motivated, dedicated people-person with great communication skills, who isa champion for safety and takes pride in their work.
