We''re Hiring: Construction Project CoordinatorJoin Collins Foods and play a key role in delivering major national initiatives across our restaurant network As part of our Construction and Property function, you''ll support the successful rollout of our Multi Site Fitout Project helping ensure every installation is planned, coordinated, and executed smoothly, safely, and on time, this is as fixed term contract for a period of 18 months.What You''ll Bring to the TableAs a Construction Project Coordinator, you''ll work closely with our Construction team to coordinate and support the national Multi site fitout project. You''ll be hands-on in conducting site audits, preparing scopes of work, managing tenders, managing and coordinating contractors, tracking project progress, and ensuring installations meet budget, safety, and quality standards.This role is an 18-month contract with potential transition to permanent. This role will be ideal for someone looking for a challenge in construction, design, or project management , while gaining exposure to a fast-paced national rollout program and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Project Coordination & DeliveryConduct site audits to assess requirements, compliance, and installation needsDesign and document detailed plans and scopes of workBrisbane Based with some travelManage tender processes, evaluate responses, and issue work ordersDevelop project schedules, tracking progress to ensure delivery on time and within budgetLiaise with contractors, restaurant teams, and RSC stakeholders to coordinate access, updates, and project milestonesMaintain accurate project documentation, reports, and file management for all site activityQuality, Safety & PerformanceEnsure all kiosk installations meet brand quality standards with minimal defectsChampion safety leadership across all project tasks, supporting a zero-incident environmentMonitor project costs, proactively addressing issues to ensure budget complianceSupport continuous improvement opportunities throughout the rollout programWho You AreYou''re an organised, proactive project support professional who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts and working with diverse stakeholders. You''re calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and eager to contribute to large-scale initiatives.You also bring:Education / QualificationsTertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in Design or Project Management are highly desirableSkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills and confidence liaising with contractors, restaurant teams, and internal stakeholdersSolid computer skills, including Excel and Word, with the ability to track costs, dates, and project status across multiple sites2+ years Construction Project Coordination experienceHighly organised, with strong record-keeping and schedule management capabilityA positive, resilient attitude able to manage competing priorities and adapt when plans changeUnderstanding of the restaurant environment and an ability to plan work that avoids operational disruptionAbility to read and draw basic plans, including accurate onsite measurementsA valid driver''s licence and access to a vehiclePersonal AttributesExcellent organisational and time management skillsCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsAble to meet deadlines in high-pressure environmentsSolutions-focused, with a natural drive for strong customer serviceWho We AreCollins Foods is an ASX listed entity proudly employing over 20,000 people globally.
