This role is responsible for meeting the training and development needs of both new and existing clients, while providing handson support to advice practices across all levels of their business.Responsibilities:Lead the training and development of HUB24 clientsPromote the products, features and benefits of the HUB24 solution to existing advisers to assist in the growth of the HUB24 businessCollaborate, build and refine training programs with other TRM''s to ensure best practice behaviours and methods are deliveredWork with other teams within the business to ensure consistent and high quality training material and programs are deliveredBe jointly accountable for the state and regional budget and work with the BDM''s and State Manager to grow new sales and strengthen relationships with clientsProactively monitor and accelerate business through the sales pipelineProvide input to BDM''s on new business development opportunities that are identified within adviser practicesRequirements:A deep understanding of platform functionality and the broader financial services industryStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information clearlyExcellent time management and organisational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple prioritiesThe ability to work autonomously while also enjoying collaboration within a teamStrong business acumen and a commercial mindsetHigh levels of technology competency and confidence learning new systemsFamiliarity with industry tools such as financial planning software, accounting packages and CRM systemsA commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceA strong desire to succeed and contribute to a highperforming team and successful businessThe Recruitment ProcessAcknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
